In June 2009, and Eutelia Voiceplus requested the investigation of alleged acts of abuse of dominant position by Telecom Italy, the market for premium services (based on ' offered to the public for services rendered by the so-called non-geographic numbers). The plaintiffs have quantified their damages in an amount of approximately EUR 730 million. The action follows a pre-trial proceedings in the Court of Appeal of Milan has inhibited the Company's some allegedly abusive conduct in the management of economic relations with Eutelia and Voiceplus involving the non-geographical numbers for which Telecom Italy gestisce per conto di tali OLO, in virtù di obblighi regolatori, l’incasso dai clienti finali. Telecom Italia si è costituita in giudizio chiedendo l’integrale rigetto della domanda risarcitoria. A seguito dell’interruzione del giudizio, ai sensi dell’art. 43 LF (Legge Fallimentare), avvenuta successivamente alla Procedura di Amministrazione Straordinaria cui Eutelia è stata sottoposta dopo la dichiarazione dello stato di insolvenza, quest’ultima ha depositato il ricorso per la riassunzione dello stesso; il Presidente della Corte d’Appello di Milano ha fissato l’udienza per la prosecuzione della causa.
