Ieri 20 Luglio si è svolta a Lucca l'ultima udienza del processo a Leo.
La richiesta della P.M. era di 6 anni per rapina con l'aggravante di terrorismo, la corte ha escluso l'aggravante confermando però una condanna a 6 anni di reclusione.
Un processo lungo, una sentenza già scritta, non solo per i cinque minuti di camera di consiglio che sono serviti ai giudici per decidere, ma anche per il clima repressivo che contraddistingue ormai da anni la Toscana e per l'andamento più generale che vede il potere imporsi sempre più nel tentativo di eliminare ogni nemico che più o meno coscientemente gli si para davanti.
