now we have the Festival of coprophagy is coming and here you are given the opportunity to serve one of the best Italian albums di sempre, ad opera del maestro Franco Battiato. Chissà come gli sarà venuto in mente di andare a Sanremo... spero solo che se ne esca con una canzone che butti giù merda a palate contro l'infame classe politica che ci governa. 

Ad ogni modo, il disco in questione  è il primo della sua sterminata discografia (più di 35 album) ed è intriso di prog, classica, sintetizzatori, krautrock e space-Stravinskij. I testi, ispirati in gran parte dalla genetica,  sono - inutile dirlo - una bomba totale.

Due chicche prese da wikipedia:

1.  Il testo della canzone "Fenomenologia" ends with the formulas x 1 = A * sin (ωt), x 2 = A * sin (ωt + γ) . This writing can be considered as the mathematical formulation of the whole theme of the album. The two mathematical expressions, in fact, if you represent the same graph, two sinusoids of equal amplitude but out of phase unit (gamma), which appears to be the two-dimensional representation of the propeller DNA (precisely the main theme of the album).

2. At the end of the song "Mechanical" feels intercorsero an extract of the conversations between the crew of Apollo 11 (Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin) and President Richard Milhous Nixon.
