Without doubt one of the most influential albums in the history of (post) punk music in general, "Entertainment!" has trained hundreds of groups (the likes of Flea, Kurt Cobain and Michael Stipe have repeatedly cited as one of their favorite records). The trio, composed by Andy Gill, Jon King, Mark Heaney, formed in Leeds and has produced seven albums (the last of which came out a couple of weeks ago at the reunion). In addition to having in fact invented the punk-funk as in vogue today, the group is also distinguished by the high political content and texts to use to say the least innovative guitar, played with epileptic fury. In April, is scheduled to tour Europe, the eight will be in Rome to 'Alpheus. Not to be missed.
